Project: Multifamily Mass Timber Modular Prototype
From 2020 to 2022, we led the design, engineering and construction of the first mass timber, multifamily, modular prototype in North America.
The goal of the Prototype was to prove that modular mass timber could compete on price, and radically outcompete on quality, traditional stick-frame construction. The effort was successful and is viewable in Tacoma, Washington.
