On this project, the project architect, working closely with ZAUGG as fabricator, developed and deployed a set of template floor plans, delivering maximum variation without additional soft costs.
ZAUGG built nine apartment buildings with a total of 156 apartments. Four of the buildings were built in timber with visible wood-concrete composite ceilings. The other five were made almost uniquely of Cross Laminated Timber. The mass timber construction method strongly and positively impacts their external appearance.
